Art Therapy. Whaaat?

At yoga retreat you will also have a chance to learn about the benefits of art therapy.  Art therapy…whaaat? We can see big question mark hanging above your head. It doesn’t hurt :) On the contrary, we promise that you will enjoy.

The goal of this session is to help you access your playful intuition and express yourself artistically. Of course, under the guidance and supervision of our teacher. The interesting part is interpretation and understanding of underlying messages communicated through your art. It’s truly a beautiful thing when you’re sharing art in an open, friendly, loving environment with other people that are on the same wave.

 Not surprisingly, when science meets art – the ultimate benefit of art therapy is that it may help you with deeper understanding of yourself, resolving issues as well as reducing stress, and improving self-esteem and awareness. Or simply said – you will feel better and happier.

You don’t need to have any predisipositions, just curiosity and you’ll be surprised how fun is expressing yourself through art.
