In yoga classes you will have opportunity to practice wide spectrum of physical and mental yoga including energizing Vinyasa sequences, resorative yoga, mindfulness & meditation, reflections and discussions. Each day starts with an energizing vinyasa flow yoga, evening classes are set at a more relaxed pace. Yoga pracitce consists of combination of familiar postures, as well as more challenging poses, with adjustments and variations . You are encouraged to keep listening to the energy of the moment, and to keep practicing within the limitations of your own body, with no expectations as to what could (or could not) be achieved before.
Our yoga retreat is suitable for all, both beginners and the ones who regulary practice yoga. Each one will experience benefits of yoga practice.
